are not refundable nor transferable to another person or event. The
Balance is refundable when a written cancellation is received 6 weeks
or more prior to the event. A late balance will result in a £10 admin
charge and may result in the loss of your holiday deposit and

4. Make your deposit /full payment within 3 working days:

and free! By internet banking or via your local bank to Network
Christians Ltd., using your initial, surname and the specific event codeas reference. Please contact us for our bank details.
· Send a cheque and booking form by first class post payable to: Network Christians Ltd., at 8 Sycamore Close, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 2PE.
· Paypal
by phone: Immediate payments can be taken using a valid credit
card. All payments made via Paypal will incur an extra charge.
· Paypal by e-mail: We will send you a confirmation e-mail and attached Paypal invoice. All payments made via Paypal will incur an extra charge.
5. Your receipt:
On
arrival of your payment, we will e-mail your receipt. If you would like
a postal receipt please include a stamp for our use along with your
payment.
6. Your invitation
giving travel, venue and itinerary information will be e-mailed or posted to you two weeks or more prior to your event.
