How to Book and Pay

How to Book and Pay: 

This holiday will involve a different payment arrangement than usual so:

1. Please check availability:  (Office hours: Mon to Wed 10 to 2, Thurs & Fri 10 to 6)

· Phone us: 01584 876116. (Please leave a message outside office hours.)

2. Highlands Hotel will then phone you to take your deposit.

3. Channel Islands Direct Service (CID) will contact you with instructions for paying your balance, offer travel advice, arrange i nsurance, car hire discount s & free transport from/to the airport as you wish.

4. CID will collect your balance payment 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

5. Terms & Conditions: In the event of a cancellation please inform both NC and CID in writing. 

Deposits are not refundable nor transferable to another person or event. The Balance is refundable when a written cancellation is received 6 weeks or more prior to the event. A late balance will result in a £10 admin charge and may result in the loss of your holiday deposit and place. Further information on terms & conditions here.

7. Your invitation giving travel, venue and itinerary information will be e-mailed or posted to you two weeks or more prior to your event.
